When I took on the marketing of Avon Glen, that was the question at the heart of my approach. I wanted to look beyond the bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage and consider how best to communicate the feel of the home, how the spaces worked together and what life there might look like.
The relaunch was built around that thinking.
Through professional photography, film, the owner's own perspective and a wider digital campaign, I developed a marketing approach designed to bring Avon Glen to life beyond the traditional property listing. The aim was to help potential buyers understand the space, appreciate its character and begin to imagine themselves living there.
Because a home is about so much more than its specifications. It's the light coming through the windows, the space to gather with friends, the garden to enjoy on a sunny afternoon and the freedom to make a home your own.
Every part of the campaign had a purpose: to communicate what made Avon Glen distinctive and help it connect with the right audience.
